(*) Miki HONDA is currently a visiting assistant professor of Global-COE, Waseda University, and a lecturer for Kawamura Gakuen Women’s University. She earned a Ph.D. in international relations from Waseda University in 2006 and is also a member of the international advisory board of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Responsibility to Protect in Brisbane, Australia.
