What's Friday Seminar
Every Friday a seminar titled, “Formulating Asian Regional Integration Study“ (i.e. “Friday Seminars”) was held for postgraduates. All 16 principal investigators (PIs) presented their research reports, and thoroughly discussed their approach to Asian regional integration studies based on their own perspectives, as well as the type of regional integration required.
These seminars were tape-recorded and transcribed by students in master’s/doctoral courses at GSAPS and others. Then they were edited by research assistants/fellows and GSAPS research associates. This experience has proven to be significant for all involved.
